Identity Healing through Christ & Scripture
At Sow What Matters, we know that God gave each person divine value and purpose.
Yet there are millions suffering from the traumas of a life they didn't plan for:
Sexual and Physical Abuse
Homelessness
Addiction
Identity Crisis and Abandonment from Foster Care
Sex Trafficking
Help us free those suffering from prolonged trauma through a faith - filled healing approach. Will you help them find healing and their God given identity and value?
Please don't look away from them. Donate today.

Our Why
99% of homeless have experienced at least 1 trauma in addition to homelessness
94% of sexual assult victims develop PTSD symptoms
~50% of adopted and foster children have identity and abandonment trauma
74% of people suffering with substance abuse have at least one traumatic experience
90% of children in sex trafficking have had 4 or more ACEs
100% of these groups are at risk for further traumatic events,
>90% of these had ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experience)

Hope In Christ
Christian Faith contributes to greater success in trauma healing, including reduced suicide rates, prolonged sobriety, and turning PTSD into PTSG.
Jesus Christ and God’s Word helps people find identity, value and purpose and is a catalyst for prolonged growth and healing. The science (of course!) backs up God’s truth.
At Sow What Matters, we ensure that no one has to walk alone on this journey and create the community and support systems.
Our Mission
You Matter. Your Story Matters.
Every Person has Value
It’s more than our belief. It’s Gods Truth.
-
God told us when he sent His only one only son for us (John 3:16)
-
It’s what Jesus tells us when He says He leaves the 99 to find the 1 lost sheep (Luke 15:4-7)
Each person is a child of God: Either of the 99 or the 1
-
And Jesus tells us what to do when he tells Peter to ‘feed His sheep’ (John 21:17)
